Description of Organization:
Kids Helping Kids (KHK) is a non-profit dedicated to developing leadership skills through youth-led service projects. Since KHK’s creation in 2009, KHK has over 5,000 volunteers from 132 schools and is open and free for students from all socioeconomic backgrounds to participate in.
Bnai Mitzvah Projects or Volunteer Opportunities offered by the organization for children ages 11 - 13:
KHK allows students to bring a passion they have to kids in need. Volunteers just need to have an idea based on their individual interests and will then work with KHK to create a project that will benefit children in the local community. Please contact KHK for more information regarding volunteer opportunities.
