Description of Organization:
Established in 1984, Israel Elwyn’s vision is to achieve a society in which people with disabilities will be citizens with equal rights; a society in which we all aspire to determine our own future and way of life. Israel Elwyn (IE) develops and operates a wide range of supports and tools for individuals with disabilities, while constantly striving to provide excellent service and to create a just society. Together with people with disabilities and society at large, we shall continue working as an innovative and cutting-edge organization. Over 4,000 children, teenagers and adults with disabilities throughout Israel, many of whom are employed, receive support services from IE that have helped thousands of children and adults lead dignified and productive lives while making decisions about their own lives.
