Description of Organization:
The goal of Adolescent Wellness, Inc. (AWI) is for every youth to grow into maturity without developing symptoms of anxiety or depression. AWI helps pilot or promote prevention and referral resources that are easy to bring into your home and community. The activities enhance skills in:

Bnai Mitzvah Projects or Volunteer Opportunities offered by the organization for children ages 11 - 13:
Volunteers are needed to introduce wellness resources to other youth. After training, these peer leaders deliver either a Wellness Center set of games or else the Break Free curricula developed by Boston Children’s Hospital.
