Yavneh Academy launched a new program called Chesed Mornings for their 8th graders where the entire grade will be spending four sessions doing chesed and Mitzvah Clowning is one of the options in this awesome and innovative program. We hope that other area schools – as well as schools throughout the country- will consider adopting and implementing a comparable model for their schools and communities.
At this final session participants will briefly review what they have learned and put it into action by visiting and bringing joy to the residents and staff at the Woodcliff Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center.
We encourage the Yavneh Academy Chesed Morning Mitzvah Clowning participants to join Areyvut for future Mitzvah Clown visits and to utilize the skills they learned to actively impact others.
For more information about this Mitzvah Clown program, or to speak with an Areyvut representative about arranging a Mitzvah Clown training or Areyvut program in your school or community, please contact Daniel Rothner at (201) 244-6702 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
