Let Them Hit Snooze

Educational Leadership posted this article about the importance of sleep for teens (and all of us).  It’s a good reminder that sleep can lead to safer driving, better memory, and overall feelings of less stress.  When our children and teens aren’t acting at their highest potential, we shouldn’t scold them, or get frustrated, but consider how much sleep they’ve gotten and help them change those habits.
