This eye-opening article written by Toby Klein, shows us that underestimating the willpower and ideas of teenagers, is a big mistake. “We are scrutinized for trying to color this world and make it our own, yet we’re also condemned for leaving things as they are. And as a Jewish teenager trying to stay afloat between these two strong tides, I reply with a stereotypical teenage response; I am going to rebel.” We work with teenagers like Toby all the time because we recognize their power, their potential, and the differences they can and do make in our communities. Hopefully Toby’s message can be heard loud and clear by many far and wide.
