Purim Project for 250+

Purim is just a month away and that means that schools will start teaching students about the holiday soon.  Aside from packing Misloach Manot what would you suggest for a school that wants a hands on project -to benefit others- for more than 250 students?  This project needs to:

• Take place at the school.
• Have a budget of less than $500. 
• Be something an agency actually needs and will use.
• Relate directly to Purim.  

All ideas are welcomed and appreciated.
