Make Changes that Stick

David Singer discusses how most people never stick to personal resolutions that they try implement in their lives.  He makes several suggestions to help people make changes that actually work.  Some of these include celebrating good things that happen instead of focusing on the bad, making smaller changes every several weeks, instead of hoping to achieve broad goals from the start.  Read the article for more of these great tips.
