Hildy Gottlieb decided that she wanted to take on some new projects, so she took time off to focus on what she wanted to do. She found this to be incredibly rewarding and recommends this to others. Gottlieb discusses how, in addition to being able to focus on her larger goals, she was able to accomplish other, smaller projects as well. She used her time to accomplish things that she was not able to before, and created programs and projects that help others and bring change to the world.
Sometimes it is a good idea to “clear your head,” take a step back and focus on things that you have always wanted to do. This could be a risky endeavor with unclear results, but if done the right way with true focus and resolve, I think it could accomplish a lot of good.
