Forbes put out a great article about learning management lessons from Star Wars. The article is filled with mistakes that Darth Vader made and what we can take away from his failings. As the author, Alex Knapp writes, “Mistakes are learning opportunities.” I agree with this statement, having experienced that some of the best learning comes from the mistakes that either we or our coworkers make. Everyone can learn from every moment and if we make sure to learn from our mistakes or at least acknowledge that we’ve made them, we can be better as individuals and in the office. This article is both fun and insightful and I truly feel we all can benefit in reading it.
