There is an opportunity to unite with the Jewish community and daven (pray) for Gilad Shalit’s safe return to his family Wednesday October 5, 2011 7:00 PM Israel Standard Time, 1:00 PM EDT and 10:00 PDT. As the event’s flyer states, and excitingly, “students will have the opportunity to raise their collective voice on behalf of Gilad Ben Aviva and missing IDF soldiers.” Schools can also join via video conference from any PC.
