Donshik puts forth great ideas are not always great programs.  There are many great ideas out there for programs and projects an organization can run but careful consideration must be taken in order to ensure that the programs will be well-received, attended, etc.  It’s important to keep these considerations in mind and to remember the focus and objectives of one’s organization in order to properly shape the goal of the program to fit into the ultimate goal of the organization.  This article is very helpful and offers 7 “steps when looking to implement [an] idea for a new program.”
