Innovation At Any Age

     “We would be short-sighted not to see that innovation in Jewish life can come from anyone, anytime, at any age.”  This quote, from the article written by Justin Korda and Esther D. Kustanowitz, reminds us that innovation is timeless.  The rest of the article provides three observations about innovation: 1) While generalizations are not facts, they can still provide vital insight into how things work 2) Innovative Jewish programs need to find ongoing sources of support in order to achieve sustainability & 3) In the Jewish world, there are several promising models of engagement that transcend age boundaries.  Take a look at this article for inspiration on how to be an even more creative and innovative Jewish leader than you already are right now.  We can all benefit from innovative observations and extra ideas on how to become our most creative selves for the betterment of ourselves, those around us, and our organizations.
