An article in the Chronicle of Philanthropy highlights the Daring To Lead report and asks if we expect too much from boards. I think the issue is not if we expect too much (I don’t think we do) but one of training and if board members approach their board service with the same enthusiasm, energy and commitment as they do their jobs.
