Last Call for Participation in 2011 “Make a Difference’ Day

Posted on March 18, 2011

I am reaching out to invite you to join schools, synagogues, agencies and families throughout the country and to participate in Areyvut’s 7th annual. “Make a Difference” Day, our National Mitzvah Day that will take place over the April 1 – 3 weekend.  This year we anticipate having more than 30 hands on projects engaging several thousand people throughout the country and beyond.

We understand that you may not have a program or project scheduled for those exact dates.  Therefore, any programs or projects that occur around that time within your organization that you would like included would be great!

We would love to hear about the program you have planned and the impact will have on others.  Please register your project and if you need some ideas we hope you will utilize our resources including a planning unit, educational materials and concrete project ideas.

I welcome your help in passing this along to colleagues and encourage you to utilize the educational materials year round.

As always, please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.  I look forward to hearing from you and hope you are able to participate in Areyvut’s “Make a Difference” Day.
