Marcus Apter
 
Marcus Apter is a 7th grade student at King Philip Middle School and is a resident of West Hartford, CT.  For his Bar Mitzvah project he has been raising awareness and money for a special baseball field for children with disabilities.  Marcus' project is called "Let's Play Ball - For All!".  He has been selling bracelets with that motto to raise funds for this baseball field.  To date, Marcus has raised about $6,500 for his cause.  In addition to creating this Bar Mitzvah Project, Marcus also took part in Areyvut's 2nd annual Bnai Mitzvah Video Essay Contest, in which he came in Second Place.  Click here to view his video essay.
