Lara Herrmann
Lara has been an active volunteer for Jenna's Rainbow Foundation since its creation in 1999. Each spring Lara has worked at the Jenna's Rainbow Fair, in addition to volunteering at other events in support of the organization, including dinners and silent auctions. Most recently, Lara was involved in selling rainbow lollipops as a fundraising for the foundation. Lara contacted local donors, asking them to donate lollipops, and then went to local stores asking to display the lollipops. Many local shops have agreed and the lollipop fundraiser has been a great success. Through this fundraiser Jenna's Rainbow Foundation has already raised more than $700. In addition to all the great work Lara has done for Jenna's Rainbow Foundation, we at Areyvut have been happy and proud to call her our intern for the last two summers and wish her the best of luck with college application process...we know any school would be lucky to have her.

Best thing about fundraising and volunteering: The best part about giving back to the community is seeing how this help has impacted others. There is no better feeling than receiving a thank you note telling us how our contributions have provided a source of comfort and relief.
