Bandages of Hope: Rules
Dear Students: 
Please help me in my quest to give hope to children near and far! I love bandages; the creative ones make me smile. I thought it would be fun, with your help, to create a unique and inspirational bandage to donate to children’s hospitals in Jacksonville, Florida and Jerusalem, Israel.
To enter the contest, please follow the simple rules below:
• Use the attached picture of a bandage to create your design
• Designs must be within the lines of the bandage
• There is no limit to the number of submissions (Photocopies of the attached template can be used)
• Your design can have 2 colors (Bandage will have a white background)
• Use marker, crayon, or paint
• Please provide your name, address, & phone number and sign your submission
• Submission deadline: May 20, 2009 to Shira Kitay, 1207 Journeys End Lane, Jacksonville, FL 32223 or the MJGDS Office
