5776 Erev Yom Kippur Chesed Program

Tuesday, September 22, 2015

Join Areyvut for our annual Pre-Yom Kippur Chesed Program in partnership with The Jewish Center of Teaneck.  Children will have the opportunity to create chesed projects for those in need, a wonderful way to spend some time before Yom Kippur. All projects will benefit communal agencies and participants will also be able to take some projects home to enhance their family and chagim.

Projects include decorating hats for children with cancer, creating and donating havdalah candles and writing letters to chayalim (soldiers).

This program is geared for children in pre-kindergarten through 4th grade although children of all ages are welcome.  (Parents that are dropping children off must provide a contact number in case of emergency.)
