Professionals from coast to coast involved in Jewish teen philanthropy converged in Atlanta, GA to attend the Jewish Teen Funders Network: Best Practices in Jewish Youth Philanthropy Seminar. Throughout the seminar professionals shared their knowledge on how best to run Jewish youth philanthropy programming and worked collaboratively to troubleshoot problems that affected the larger group. Areyvut representatives worked with other youth leaders to expand their knowledge and taught others how to create their own organizations for local teenagers. Participants in the seminar discussed program infrastructure, teen recruitment, educational programming, marketing, and grant making.

Areyvut staff members attended the Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education (PEJE) Conference in Boston, Massachusetts from April 6-8. Representatives were available for consultation at their exhibition booth that highlighted their learning, interacting, networking, and collaborating methods. Daniel Rothner, Areyvut's Founder and Director met with community leaders and educators about extending Areyvut's programming to more areas throughout the United States.

Daniel Rothner, Founder and Director of Areyvut, delivered a presentation in Vancouver, British Columbia on the topic of "Transforming Your School Community through Words". The 80 educators including teachers, principals and administrators that attended the presentation are eager to begin implementing the ideas and themes they learned into their curricula.
