Operation Noah

On February 8-12, Areyvut brought 15 year old Dennis Fries, Founder of Operation Noah to Bergen County to talk to local schools about how to make chesed a reality. During his visit, Dennis spoke to K-5 at the JCC on the Palisades, in Tenafly about helping sick children in the hospital.

At Temple Beth Sholom of Pascack Valley, in Park Ridge, Dennis spoke with 5th through 7th graders about starting a local chapter of Operation Noah at their school. At Temple Emeth Religious School in Teaneck, Dennis spoke to students and parents from the 3rd grade family education class about donating new stuffed animals to local hospitals to make other children feel better even when they are really sick.

Dennis’ last stop was to Yeshivat Noam in Paramus, where he spoke with 2nd graders about helping others.

Dennis Also visited and donated new stuffed animals to Englewood, Valley Health and Holy Name Hospitals during his trip to New Jersey.
